Category  Approaches, Process, Methods  arrow  Requirements  :  Approaches, Process, Methods  arrow  Agile
Description
As a global provider of highly constrained enterprise-level financial services software, with customers doing business in every capital market in the world, we know that one-size-fits-all is nonsense. We know that the outcome is what matters most. In building highly complex systems, we prefer to use more words sometimes to describe a more complex thing, and we value well-written requirements and process flows that bring form and context to the fractured and the abstract. We value results over process. We strive to increase engineering success by sanctioning increased team focus and accountability. We know that change is the reality delta between yesterday and today, and our customers expect us to embrace change to safely transition them into tomorrow. Do what works.
